What you may do

Read the site, use the figures for your own decisions, and quote a figure or a sentence with a link back to the page it is on. Teachers, journalists and forum posters are welcome to do exactly that.

What you may not do

  • Scraping and automated collection: do not crawl or harvest this site, or collect its content systematically or in bulk by automated means; do not route around the rate limits or any other technical measure; and do not present an automated client as a person's browser. Search engines indexing the site for their search services are the one exception (see “Search engines” below).
  • Bulk extraction: do not copy the tables, the catalogue or any substantial part of it, and do not rebuild a database out of it — whether by hand, by script or by re-typing.
  • Training and AI indexing: do not use this site's content to train or fine-tune any AI or machine-learning model, a large language model included, do not put it into a corpus assembled for that purpose, and do not put it into a search or retrieval index that an AI system answers from.
  • AI agents and extensions: the same limits apply when the tool is an AI agent, an AI browser, a browser extension, an MCP server or a connector — do not use one to collect this site's content systematically or in bulk, to extract a substantial part of it, or to feed it into training or an AI index. Using an assistant or assistive technology to read, translate or summarise a page for your own use is not covered by this clause; note that the site's server does not admit the AI fetchers named in /robots.txt, so some assistants cannot open its pages at all.
  • Look-alikes: do not republish the site's pages or present its figures as your own service.

Search engines

Search engines may crawl and index this site for their search services. Where a search engine offers a control that limits how its AI features use indexed pages, this site applies it (robots.txt, robots meta). The general group in /robots.txt exists for search engines; it is not a permission for any other automated client, whether or not it names itself.

AI answer engines may read and cite the home, about, methodology, data, contact and terms pages and the learn pages, except the one that shows a pair of funds, as /robots.txt opens them; nothing else.

Rights reserved

We expressly reserve the use of this site's content for text and data mining, including for training artificial-intelligence models, within the meaning of Article 4(3) of Directive (The European Union — the union of European states with one single market. Its markets regulator, ESMA, keeps the European Union's half of the register this site reads funds' stock-exchange listings from. More about the European Union →) 2019/790; the reservation is also stated in machine-readable form in /robots.txt and /.well-known/tdmrep.json. The selection, verification and arrangement of the data on this site form a database, and we claim the rights the law gives its maker, including those of Directive 96/9/EC where they apply. Nothing in these terms limits what the law lets a lawful user take, such as an insubstantial part.

Our sources' facts

The facts we republish come from public registers, exchanges and fund issuers' documents. They are not ours to license: each stays under the terms of the source it came from — some free to reuse, some requiring the source's permission — and /data names every source. These terms govern this site and what we add to those facts: the selection, verification, arrangement and text.

Permission

To ask for a licence, or for permission to use the site in a way these terms do not allow, write to us through the contact page.

Why we ask

Because our own sources ask the same of us, and we checked. Before launch we re-read the published terms of every source behind every figure on this site and recorded, source by source, what each one permits: some permit reproduction with attribution, several require written permission for public use, and one bars machine reading of its own site outright. We publish only what those terms allow, we withhold funds whose only attestation comes from a source that does not allow it, and we ask you for the courtesy we extend to them.

The record: docs/research/2026-09-20-source-terms-reverification.md, and ADR-0028 for the machine-access bar. The data page states what is withheld and why.

No warranty

The figures come from public registers, exchange files and issuers' own documents, and each carries the date it was read. They can be wrong, late or missing, and we say where they are missing rather than filling the gap. Check anything that matters against the fund's own documents before you act on it. Nothing here is investment advice.
